These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and your purchase of products from House of Fibi. By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

We make every effort to ensure that all product information on our website is accurate.
Some product images and descriptions are supplied directly to us by our suppliers. As a result, similar or identical images and descriptions may appear on other retailers’ websites.
In addition to supplier images, we create and edit our own product photographs. All edited images, including those placed on our signature pink background, are the intellectual property of House of Fibi and may not be used without permission.
Any lifestyle or styled photographs are for illustration purposes only. Props, furniture, or accessories shown in these images are not included with your purchase unless specifically stated.
Colours may vary depending on screen settings. Many of our products are handmade or crafted from natural materials, so small variations in colour, pattern, finish, or dimensions should be expected and are not considered faults.
We reserve the right to update product information, pricing, or availability at any time without prior notice.

 

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to update prices at any time. The price at checkout is the final price.

 

5. Orders

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email acknowledges that we have received your order but does not constitute acceptance of the order.
Acceptance of your order, and the formation of the contract between you and House of Fibi, occurs only when the item has been dispatched.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases of:
• stock unavailability
• pricing or product information errors
• payment issues
• suspected fraudulent activity
• abusive, harassing, or inappropriate customer behaviour
If your order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you as soon as possible and issue a full refund or offer an alternative where available.

 

6. Payment

Payment must be made in full at the time of placing your order.
We accept major debit and credit cards, along with any other payment methods displayed at checkout. All payments are processed securely by our trusted third-party payment providers.
We do not store or have access to your full payment details at any time.
Orders may be subject to security or fraud checks. We reserve the right to refuse or refund a payment where the transaction cannot be verified or is flagged by our payment provider.

 

7. Delivery

Full delivery information, including shipping rates, dispatch times, and courier services, is available on our Delivery & Returns page.
All delivery and dispatch times provided are estimates only and do not form part of the contract. Delays may occur due to courier issues, supplier delays, or circumstances beyond our control.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. We cannot be held liable for orders delayed or misplaced due to incorrect address information provided at checkout.
If a delivery attempt is made and you are not available to receive the parcel, it is your responsibility to rearrange delivery or collect the parcel from the courier as instructed.
Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you once the order has been delivered to the address provided.

 

8. Returns & Refunds

To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging. Returns must be initiated within the timeframe stated on our Delivery & Returns page.
Unless the item is faulty, customers are responsible for the cost of return postage. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot accept responsibility for returned parcels lost in transit.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item is not returned in a resaleable condition, is damaged due to inadequate packaging, or is returned outside the stated return window.

 

9. Faulty or Damaged Goods

Please inspect your items as soon as they arrive. If your item is damaged in transit or appears to be faulty, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of both the item and the packaging.
This allows us to raise the issue with our couriers or suppliers and resolve it quickly for you.
We may request additional photos or for the item to be returned for inspection. Once confirmed as faulty, we will offer a replacement, refund, or suitable alternative.
Please note that natural variations in colour, pattern, texture, or finish — particularly in handmade, artisan, rattan, or natural-material products — are normal and not considered faults.
We cannot accept responsibility for damage caused by incorrect use, failure to follow care instructions, or accidental damage once the item has been received.

 

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including our branding, logo, website design, layout, and any original written content — is the intellectual property of House of Fibi and protected by copyright laws.
Product images and descriptions supplied by our manufacturers and suppliers are used with permission. As a result, similar or identical content may appear on other retailers’ websites that stock the same products.
In addition to supplier content, we also create and edit our own product photographs. All images taken or edited by House of Fibi, including those placed on our signature pink background, are our exclusive intellectual property and may not be copied, downloaded, reproduced, or used without our written permission.
No part of this website may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or republished without prior written consent from House of Fibi, except where permitted by law.

 

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, House of Fibi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
We are not responsible for delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including courier delays, supplier issues, customs delays, or adverse weather.
We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from:
• incorrect address information provided by the customer
• missed deliveries or failure to collect parcels
• misuse of the product or failure to follow care instructions
• loss or damage occurring after delivery to the address provided
If you purchase products for business use, we will not be liable for any business-related losses.
Our total liability for any claim relating to a product or order shall not exceed the amount paid for that product.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights or excludes liability where it cannot be excluded by law.
