Delivery is calculated by weight at checkout, so you’ll only pay for the shipping your order genuinely needs.

• Small & Light Parcels: £3.95 For soft furnishings, accessories, and most smaller items.
• Medium & Heavier Parcels: £6.95 Used for larger boxes or heavier pieces such as lamps, mirrors, and bulkier homeware.
• Free Delivery on Orders Over £60 Automatically applied at checkout.

Tracked Delivery:
Most parcels (anything medium-sized or above) will include full tracking, which will be emailed to you when your item is dispatched.

Untracked Delivery:
Very small items such as greeting cards or slim, lightweight parcels may be sent via an untracked service to keep costs low for you.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days. Most parcels arrive within 3–5 working days from dispatch.

We don’t currently offer next-day delivery as we’re a small, growing business. We’re working towards adding this option in 2026 and will update our delivery options as soon as it’s available.

We don’t currently offer international delivery; however we hope to add this option in the future as we grow.

We use a mix of recyclable and reused packaging wherever possible to protect your order while keeping waste low. 

If your order is marked as a gift, it will be sent in gift-friendly packaging to add an extra special touch for the recipient.

If something isn’t quite right, you can return your order within 30 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused and in their original condition.
• Return postage is the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is faulty).
• Once received, refunds are processed within 3–5 working days.
